The William Michael
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP
funds to students enrolled in four-year colleges.
Background
In 1998, I was a senior at Pittsburg High School. I applied for various scholarships through the Pittsburg High School scholarship application. I was the recipient of 5 scholarships. After receiving these scholarships, my goal was always to become a person who could give back to those who helped me. In 2018, I searched for those 5 scholarships, and I was able to find 1. I was fortunate to give them back the funds they once gave me. Thereafter, I contacted Pittsburg High to see how I could become a scholarship donor. In 2019, I created The William Michael College Scholarship Fund. I aimed to give scholarships to Pittsburg High School Seniors with various criteria.
